Job Description:

We are seeking a Strategic HR Director to lead the development and implementation of effective HR solutions, services and advice that supports the achievement of strategic and operational business objectives.

The successful candidate will oversee a team of professionals responsible for providing expert guidance and support to the executive team, managers and employees across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organisation's overall goals and objectives
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team to ensure effective delivery of HR services and initiatives
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive organisational performance and growth
  • Oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures and processes to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage budgets and resources to achieve optimal results

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in leading HR teams and implementing effective HR strategies
  • Strong understanding of labour laws and employment regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think strategically and make informed decisions
  • Highly developed problem-solving and analytical skills
