Job Overview

This is a fixed-term position to lead the delivery of high-quality HR services across Australia and New Zealand.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR service delivery, including payroll, operations, systems, and immigration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and alignment with local legislation in HR services
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to meet evolving workforce needs
  • Support process improvement and system enhancements, focusing on automation and self-service adoption
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the HR Services team
About You

We welcome applicants with diverse experience in HR, payroll, or operations. This may include current roles in HR operations, shared services, or as an HR Business Partner or Payroll Manager looking to expand into broader HR leadership.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience in HR operations, HR partnering, or payroll, preferably in a mid-to-large organisation
  • Understanding of employment legislation in Australia (and ideally New Zealand)
  • Familiarity with HR systems and platforms (e.g. Oracle, ServiceNow)
  • Leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role

Additional Information
