Job Title: Project Manager - Construction and Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the construction and development of industrial and agricultural projects across Australia and New Zealand.

The successful candidate will provide expert advice to senior management on project delivery, compliance, and regulatory matters. They will oversee greenfield and brownfield developments and maintenance of assets, ensuring growth objectives are achieved on time and within budget.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including processors, customers, OH&S, trades, regulatory bodies, and employees.
  • Oversee onsite project management of multiple agricultural developments in multiple locations.
  • Lead a team of supervisors and coordinate the activities of contractors.
  • Travel between regional VIC and NSW as required.
  • Be proactive and hands-on, with the ability to undertake pre-project design and planning.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or similar.
  • Experience working on new build construction projects - Industrial, Commercial, Residential, etc.
  • Demonstrated experience in project briefs, consultant scopes, and engagements.
