We are seeking a skilled Handover Co-ordinator to join our team in driving innovation in modern methods of construction and hybrid DfMA system build solutions. Our handover specialists play a critical role in ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality, using cutting-edge technology and state-of-the-art digital capabilities.

About the Role
  • As a Handover Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing project handovers, ensuring that any associated grouting, finishing, mastic, and remedial works are completed to the desired standard.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Ensure onsite grouting processes are followed, and the quality of works is to an acceptable standard by conducting regular site visits and inspections.
  2. Assist grouting teams to ensure product cubes are completed to the desired standard by providing guidance and support as needed.
  3. Create and update the 'Cube Test Register' to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Check the positioning and presence of M&E elements within units to ensure they meet the required specifications.
  5. Ensure the surface finish of units is to the correct specification by inspecting and testing surfaces as necessary.
  6. Raise and issue manufacturer defects, inclusive of an estimated time and motion, to enable prompt resolution and minimize delays.
  7. Manage mastic application, inclusive of quality assurance, to ensure seamless execution and high-quality results.
  8. Manage project-based diamond drilling tasks, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  9. Snc completed works to ensure they are to an acceptable standard by conducting thorough inspections and audits.
  10. Complete structural / cosmetic handover documents and issue to the client, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  11. Assist manufacture teams with quality assurance checking of units within factories to guarantee compliance with specifications and industry standards.
  12. Report against programme to the Project team, highlighting key milestones, successes, and challenges to inform strategic decision-making.
  13. Be responsible for plant and equipment, ensuring they are properly maintained, serviced, and stored to prevent downtime and accidents.
Leadership Expectations
  1. Brief the site team on daily/weekly activities and participate in daily project de-briefs to foster collaboration and open communication.
  2. Manage and lead on-site finishing teams, setting clear goals, expectations, and performance metrics to drive success.
  3. Manage ER issues with your team, addressing conflicts and resolving disputes in a fair, timely, and professional manner.
  4. Direct on-site manufacturer finishing resource to complete tasks efficiently and effectively, maximizing productivity and minimizing costs.
Health and Safety Requirements
  1. Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times, following established protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
  2. Ability to create RAMS and addendums, demonstrating expertise in risk management and mitigation strategies.
  3. Follow temporary works guidance and guidelines to ensure safe and compliant execution of projects.
