Machine Operator Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified Machine Operator to join our team in Melbourne.

  • Operate a lamination machine to produce croissants in various sizes.
  • Responsibilities include SHEETING AND SHAPING ALL CROISSANTS AND DANISH DOUGH.
  • Scaling of ingredients is an essential task.
  • Fulfill all tasks associated with pastry production.
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Previous experience in machine operating and willingness to work in the food industry.
  • Experience in a food manufacturing industry is highly advantageous.
  • Understanding of food hygiene, HACCP, and quality requirements is crucial.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety is required.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary for the job.
Working Conditions

This is a casual position working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend shifts.

The successful applicant will be required to commute or relocate to Altona North VIC before commencing work.
