
Senior Strategic Partnership Lead

Embark on a strategic partnership role that will elevate your business acumen and leadership skills. As our GM People Experience Partnering Product, you will serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and lead teams in providing Business Partnering and Advisory services across the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing strategic support to XLT members and leading Business Partners supporting their leadership teams.
- Offering guidance to the Chief Product and Technology Officer and regional leaders on issues impacting the Southern Hemisphere, focusing on Australia and New Zealand.
- Collaborating with other GMs of PX Partnering to ensure strong communication and alignment with a 'one team' approach, driving strategic business partnering objectives and delivering impactful people programs aligned with the global strategy.
- Working seamlessly with PX Center of Excellence teams (OD, Remuneration, Workplace) across global locations.
- Identifying skills and development opportunities within your team to demonstrate or role model capabilities in the PX Framework.
- Serving as a trusted advisor to your XLT members, supporting talent management, organizational design, restructures, and more.
- Supporting complex, sensitive, or high-risk ER issues as needed.
- Maintaining knowledge of employment legislation, advising on risks and ensuring compliance, partnering with legal teams as required.
- Using data to analyze trends and develop solutions, programs, and policies aligned with priorities.
- Working with Talent teams to meet recruitment priorities and drive workforce planning.
- Ensuring COEs understand priorities in Business Services and developing relevant programs and resources.
- Building a positive employee experience to empower Xeros and improve business performance.
- Contributing to PX team testing, experimenting, and improving work practices in line with PX transformation.
- Supporting the Chief People Officer and EGM in related initiatives.
- Managing risks and compliance proactively.

- Leadership in HR within fast-paced, high-performing organizations, developing strategies, leading teams, deep HR discipline knowledge, coaching senior stakeholders, degree or equivalent experience.
