Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will be responsible for administering head and subcontractor contracts, managing procurement, variations, claims, and payment cycles. This role involves tracking budgets and forecasts, supporting monthly financial reporting, and ensuring adherence to legal, compliance, and company standards.

The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field, with 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration for D&C fit-out or commercial projects.
The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, as well as a solid grasp of contract law, cost control, and procurement principles. They will also be proactive, solutions-driven, and comfortable taking ownership of commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with contractual agreements and company policies
- Collaborate with project managers, site teams, and suppliers on contractual matters
- Support the handover process by preparing accurate commercial documentation
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in contract administration for D&C fit-out or commercial projects
- Strong understanding of contract law, cost control, and procurement principles
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
