We are a dynamic commercial landscaping company delivering high-value projects across Sydney. Our team prides itself on meeting deadlines without compromising quality, and we back our site managers with the resources, crews, and equipment they need to succeed.

The Role:

You will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of one of our major projects on time and defect-free. You will coordinate teams, plant, and materials to maintain momentum every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute daily/weekly plans to meet project milestones.
  • Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and suppliers to minimize downtime.
  • Ensure set out, access, and materials are ready before work begins.
  • Operate plant or drive vehicles when necessary to keep progress on track.
  • Maintain quality standards and occupational health and safety compliance.
  • Report project progress and challenges to the Operations Manager.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, clients, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager, Supervisor, or Foreman in commercial landscaping, civil construction, concreting, or related industries.
  • Confident in reading and interpreting plans and managing sequencing from start to finish.
  • A valid White Card and current driver's license (essential).
  • A truck license (MR or HR) is highly regarded.
  • Plant operation tickets are highly regarded.
  • A Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.
