Job Overview

The Senior Contract Administrator role is a key position within our organization, supporting the success of various projects through collaborative commercial endeavors.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and ensure compliance with client contracts throughout project lifecycles
  • Oversee project initiation, procurement, delivery, and closure phases
  • Foster relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project outcomes
  • Prepare and submit regular progress claims to clients
  • Coordinate subcontractor onboarding and claim assessment processes
  • Monitor commissioning activities, including documentation and record-keeping
  • Collaborate with project teams to maintain adherence to procedures, policies, and contractual obligations
  • Maintain accurate registers tracking and substantiating commercial project data
  • Contribute to project commercial strategies and drive business growth
About You:
  • Understand risks and opportunities associated with project contractual agreements
  • Possess sound working knowledge of project administration and control principles
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail in tasks
  • Hold relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management or Project Management fields
  • Exhibit strong negotiation, conflict resolution, and influencing abilities
  • Develop effective written and oral communication skills for presenting information to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly intermediate to advanced Excel skills
