We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Project Coordinator to join our team.

About the Job:
  • Responsibilities will include preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation (including award).
  • You will be responsible for the preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings and procurement schedules.
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations will also fall under your remit.
  • You will need to review, negotiate and finalise subcontracts in line with company policies.
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claims, is also an essential part of this role.
  • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants will be your responsibility.
  • Effective administration of the project HSE system will be required.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a Head Contractor in Australia is essential.
  • Familiarity with fitout and refurbishment projects would be beneficial.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or Construction Management are preferred.
  • Proven experience delivering commercial projects across NSW is crucial.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the NSW construction market and its various subcontractors is vital.
  • A strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills are also essential for success in this role.
