Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Front-end WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team in Notting Hill. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites that enhance the user experience.

  • Develop and customise responsive WordPress themes and templates using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
  • Collaborate with designers and backend developers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
  • Optimise websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
  • Work with WordPress plugins, page builders (e.g., Elementor), and custom post types.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and maintain existing WordPress websites.
  • Integrate APIs and third-party tools to extend site functionality.
  • Evaluate cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across devices.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Frontend Developer with a focus on WordPress.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and PHP.
  • Familiarity with WordPress REST API and JSON, and experience with popular page builders (Elementor).
  • Solid understanding of SEO, web performance optimisation, and accessibility standards.
  • Version control knowledge, with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with design tools like Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.
  • Understanding of backend development concepts (e.g., MySQL).
  • Basic knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes:
