Young Minds Mental Health Specialist
Mental health professionals play a vital role in supporting young people with complex needs. This position offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of adolescents and their families.
The successful candidate will provide intensive outreach services to high-risk young people, working collaboratively with colleagues from the mental health team to empower them and their support networks to identify flexible solutions to mental health problems.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Mental Health Case Manager. You will work closely with young people, their families, and wider service systems to provide high-quality care and support.
Key responsibilities include delivering clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments to young people and families, as well as completing accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Our Requirements
- Relevant professional qualification and current registration with the relevant professional board
- Experience in working systemically with children and young people
- Knowledge of recovery and collaborative clinical practice
- Ability to develop individualised service plans
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
