Senior Clinician Role

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Senior Clinician to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will work with young people involved in the justice system, providing consistent support and guidance to help them rebuild their lives in partnership with families and communities.

The Senior Clinician will manage a dedicated team, using evidence-informed practice to guide young people through life-changing shifts in mindset, behaviour and self-belief.

This is complex and challenging work, but it makes a real difference both to young people's futures and to our state's safety.


Responsibilities:
  • Work within a forensic framework with young people who engage in serious offending behaviour.
  • Lead a team in providing therapeutic intervention to young people with complex needs.
  • Help develop a strong team culture where peer support and collaboration are central to success.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and professional development.

About the Position

The ideal candidate will possess professional membership or general registration in psychology.

A comprehensive clinical induction and ongoing support are provided to ensure your success in this role.

Key Qualifications:
  • Professional membership or general registration in psychology.
