The Senior Clinician plays a vital role in helping young people turn their lives around.

Working within a forensic framework, you will lead a team in providing therapeutic intervention to young people with complex needs. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of those who need it most.

As a Senior Clinician, you will be responsible for managing a dedicated team to create positive change and help young people rebuild their lives in partnership with families and communities.

Using evidence-informed practice, you will guide them through life-changing shifts in mindset, behaviour, and self-belief, empowering them to make positive choices and learn new skills to reduce harmful behaviours.

This is complex and challenging work, but it is also incredibly rewarding. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A professional clinical background or education
  • Experience in forensic assessment and intervention
  • Professional membership or general registration in psychology, mental health nursing, social work, or occupational therapy
