Support and Empower Young Lives

As a Youth Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to young individuals within a residential setting.
The primary focus areas of this position include:
- Establishing and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment that fosters positive family relationships;
- Providing support within a trauma-informed framework to make a meaningful difference with young people who have complex needs and challenging behaviors.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care) or equivalent qualification;
- Willingness to pursue Top Up Units Residential Care (4 Modules) through our Registered Training Organisation;
- A valid Victorian driver's license;
- Valid Australian working rights;
- Willingness to undergo a Child Safety and Personal Screening Check;
- A Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance, First Aid and CPR qualifications;
- A confirmation record of COVID-19 vaccination.
