We are seeking a skilled Senior Program Officer to join our team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to manage complex workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage grants, competing priorities, and tasks with accuracy, using sound judgement and strong time management skills.
  • Interpret and apply policy, legislation, and procedures within a government context.
  • Handle complex or sensitive matters, providing timely, accurate advice and building strong relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff, supporting team capability and performance.
  • Utilize internal systems to manage tasks, budgets, and evidence-based reporting.
  • Prepare high-quality documents such as briefings, reports, and correspondence.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, business improvement initiatives, and change implementation.
Requirements:
