Senior Manager Position

This senior role plays a pivotal part in the successful management of a program on behalf of the Program Director.

  • Liaises with stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of strategic objectives.
  • Develops key program artefacts, including strategies, governance plans, and workforce plans.
  • Manages program finances, operational activities, schedule, and risks & issues.
  • Communicates program strategy effectively to relevant stakeholder groups.
  • Provides guidance and support to other team members to implement strategic objectives.
  • Maintains knowledge of program deliverables and represents the Program Director at forums.
  • Analyzes program gaps and opportunities, establishing options in consultation with stakeholders, and providing recommendations.

This role is eligible for an additional remuneration benefit known as the Building Defence Capability Payment.

The Division delivers and integrates inputs to capability that generate and sustain Australian military capability in the Land Domain.
