About the Role

This esteemed position requires a warm and approachable individual who can deliver exceptional service from check-in to farewell, building lasting relationships with our valued guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a seamless and gracious experience for our guests by providing effortless check-in and check-out services.
  • Empathize with our guests' needs, ensuring each stay is tailored to their preferences and exceeds expectations.
  • Expertly manage the front desk's daily operations, creating an inviting atmosphere that embodies our property's unique character.
  • Develop proficiency in various systems and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for both guests and team members.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, emails, and calls, aiming to exceed expectations and provide a personalized touch.
  • Promote a safe and welcoming environment for all by adhering to WHS policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and excellent guest experience.
Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a high-end hotel setting with a commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality.
  • A passion for exceeding guest expectations; you naturally seek opportunities to enhance each guest's experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to connect easily with guests and colleagues alike.
  • A flexible and reliable attitude, with a focus on finding solutions and maintaining a positive demeanor in challenging situations.
  • A polished appearance and warm smile, embodying the hotel's dedication to hospitality.
  • A working knowledge of Property Management Systems, preferably Opera Cloud.
  • The flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A current RSA and First Aid certification are preferred, but not required.
