We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to lead our Bird Management Solutions team in Victoria, Australia.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and develop strategic relationships with key clients across the Australian market. As our Sales Director, you will be responsible for identifying and capturing new opportunities, leveraging your sales expertise to expand our market presence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and prioritize target accounts, industries, and geographic regions to prospect and win new business.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to customize solutions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage and deliver sales versus budget targets, adjusting strategies as needed to drive results.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and offerings.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Manage and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates to senior management.
  • Develop and manage account prospecting strategies to expand our customer base and increase revenue.
  • Cultivate a safety-first culture across all customer accounts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
