Senior Utility Designer
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Utility Designer to lead our plan production efforts for underground utilities, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems.

The ideal candidate will have experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and the ability to work collaboratively with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate utility designs into overall project plans.

Responsibilities
  • Lead plan production efforts for underground utilities, including water, sewer, and stormwater systems using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
  • Interact with clients, including local municipalities, contractors, and other consulting companies.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other engineers to integrate utility designs into overall project plans.
  • Prepare detailed engineering reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure all designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
  • Work closely with other technical staff within the company to provide underground utilities design and consulting engineering services.
Requirements
  • B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • EIT certification.
  • P.E. license or in the process of obtaining P.E. license.
  • Minimum 5 years experience in utility design.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Working proficiency of AutoCAD Civil 3D.
