As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for managing utility relocation designs with civil/structural designs to resolve clashes and design relocations. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will be leading 3D modeling, coordination, and clash detection of utilities in appropriate software.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing utility relocation designs with civil/structural designs to resolve clashes and design relocations
  • Leading 3D modeling, coordination, and clash detection of utilities in appropriate software
  • Working in collaboration with other design disciplines to ensure the integrity of the overall design
  • Providing technical advice and guidance to project team members
  • Confirming relevant authority requirements, standards, specifications, and procedures to the design scope of works

You must have relevant engineering qualifications, such as a degree in civil engineering or a related field, and extensive experience in utilities design. You should also have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both internally and externally.
