Job Opportunity

 

We are seeking an experienced leader to head the Executive Services function within the Division. As a key member of the senior leadership team, you will drive the governance and reporting program, oversee ministerial and executive correspondence, and ensure seamless coordination of strategic matters across the Division.

 

As the role holder, you will support the Deputy Director-General by providing integrated advice on strategic, operational and corporate governance issues impacting within and across the service area. You will also manage the Executive Services Unit to deliver quality, professional services to senior management and the Office of the Deputy Director-General.

 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing policy and procedures to enhance the governance framework
  • Providing expert advice on governance, risk management, and compliance matters
  • Overseeing the delivery of high-quality corporate services
  • Managing stakeholder relationships and communications

 

About the Role

The successful candidate will have experience in leading teams and managing stakeholders. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide strategic advice to senior management.
