The Assistant Director of Nursing leads operational and professional nursing practices across residential and community-based aged care programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership in patient safety and quality systems to ensure compliance with Aged Care legislative requirements and relevant state and federal directives.
- Coordinate clinical governance frameworks, including risk management, audit, and reporting functions, to promote safe and high-quality aged care services.
- Oversee consumer partnerships and advise on clinical governance and operational matters related to aged care delivery.
As a strategic nursing leader, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality aged care services and providing guidance on clinical governance and operational matters.
What We Are Looking For- Aged care experience and knowledge of legislation, quality standards, and governance frameworks.
