Employee Data Excellence Specialist

Key responsibilities include ensuring accurate and efficient onboarding processes for new employees.

  • Monitor daily data reports to identify discrepancies across HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance Systems.
  • Correct data issues quickly and accurately.
  • Partner with Managers, People & Experience teams, and Payroll for seamless employee onboarding.
  • Educate stakeholders on correct data processes to build better data integrity.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts enhancing employee experience and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Experience in HR administration, payroll, onboarding, or a data-focused support role.
  • High attention to detail and drive to investigate and resolve data issues.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Desirable: Experience with Workday/SuccessFactors and knowledge of Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
