Client Onboarding Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our client onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, direct, and govern the client onboarding process, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
- Continuously assess and improve onboarding processes, driving efficiency and compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor and ensure the team meets key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, and implement initiatives for continuous improvement.
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on progress and areas for improvement.
- Lead complex client onboarding projects, including those with stakeholders outside of country, ensuring successful integration.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction with all onboarding processes.
- Avoid client service failures during the onboarding process.
- Ensure team members are well-trained and understand client requirements and expectations.
- Meet or exceed agreed client onboarding KPIs and milestones.
- Contribute to client retention.
