Employee Relations Expert

At our organization, we are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Expert to join our Human Resources team. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing employee relations issues and providing support to our front-line leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in employee relations, with experience in managing investigations into misconduct, grievances, or protected disclosures. You will also possess excellent coaching, negotiation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing employee relations cases, including investigations, mediation, and dispute resolution
  • Providing coaching and advice to front-line leaders on employment-related issues
  • Collaborating with HR colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations
  • Monitoring industry trends, legislative updates, and tribunal decisions to inform proactive workplace relations strategies
