Job Description
- We are looking for someone to provide exceptional administrative support to our agents and property managers, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- This role involves answering and directing phone calls, scheduling appointments and property inspections, managing office emails and correspondence, maintaining client and tenant records, and handling general office management tasks.
- You will also assist with property-related administration, including contracts, maintenance coordination, and marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Schedule appointments and property inspections efficiently, minimizing delays and ensuring maximum productivity.
- Manage office emails and correspondence, responding promptly to queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and tenant records, adhering to data protection policies and procedures.
- Perform general office management tasks, including filing, photocopying, and other administrative duties as required.
- Provide administrative support to agents and property managers, assisting with tasks such as contract preparation, maintenance coordination, and marketing initiatives.
- Update property listings on online platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all digital channels.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- We are looking for someone with 1 year of experience in real estate or administration, preferably with knowledge of Queensland's real estate market.
- A valid Queensland driver's license is essential for this role, as you will need to travel between offices and properties.
- While certification is not mandatory, it is highly regarded, and we encourage applicants with relevant qualifications to apply.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial for success in this position.
