About the role
This is a customer-facing role where you will be the face of our vehicle subscription services. You play a critical role in driving customer growth. You'll combine deep product knowledge, customer-centric communication, and consultative selling to match customers with the right solution, helping them succeed as rideshare drivers while contributing to our mission.
This role is ideal for a motivated and engaging individual who thrives in a retail environment and is passionate about helping people succeed.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a thorough understanding of all our vehicle subscription packages and related products.
- Continuously update your knowledge base with new features and updates to ensure accurate representation to customers.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best fit their requirements.
- Guide customers through the decision-making process, from initial inquiry to final sale.
- Ensure displays, marketing collateral, and digital tools are up-to-date and engaging.
- Gather customer feedback and share insights to help refine sales strategies and product offerings.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss challenges and opportunities.
- Adhere to all company policies and regulations regarding sales practices and customer interactions.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with customers.
- Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High school diploma required; a degree in marketing, business, or related field is preferred.
- Experience in a customer-facing retail, sales, or customer service role.
- A passion for the automotive industry and vehicle technology (desirable).
- A full unrestricted driver's license (must have).
- Comfortable commuting daily.
- Able to work weekends as required.
