  • 5+ years of proven leadership experience, ideally in a maritime, logistics, or engineering environment.
  • Extensive project management experience, with a track record of delivering large-scale engineering projects.
  • Strong knowledge of asset management and maintenance, particularly in vessel lifecycle management and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
  • Experience in collaborating with senior stakeholders, providing strategic recommendations, and managing complex commercial and operational needs.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and governance within the maritime industry.
