About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Strategic Asset Management Director to join our team at SNC Lavalin. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in developing and executing our asset management strategy, ensuring the successful delivery of projects, and collaborating closely with our global market leads.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Asset Management Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive asset management strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
  • Project Delivery and Risk Management: Collaborate with our project delivery teams to ensure successful project execution, identify and manage portfolio risks, and implement best practices in asset management.
  • Market Strategy and Partnerships: Assist in developing and executing market strategies, partnering with clients and stakeholders to deliver value-added solutions, and collaborating with our global market leads to drive business growth.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success and growth within the organization.
  • Thought Leadership and Innovation: Contribute to the development of thought leadership and innovation initiatives, identifying opportunities to improve our asset management practices and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Extensive Experience in Asset Management: Proven experience in asset management, with a strong understanding of asset management principles, practices, and technologies.
  • Leadership and Management Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a diverse team of professionals.
  • Strategic Thinking and Planning: Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive asset management strategies.
  • Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Industry Knowledge and Certifications: Strong knowledge of the infrastructure sector, with certifications in asset management and related fields.
