
Regional Growth Strategist

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted local marketing strategies to enhance property visibility and reputation at a local level.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising, with at least 2 years' experience in a national Local Area Marketing Manager/ Coordinator role.
You will be required to lead local area marketing activities, including public relations, social media, advertising and campaigns, as well as create compelling content and marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines for use across digital and traditional media channels.
Cultivating partnerships with external brands and tourism bodies to amplify marketing reach and engagement is also essential.
- You will develop and execute local marketing plans to drive web sessions and achieve revenue targets
- Lead local area marketing activities, including public relations, social media, advertising and campaigns
- Create compelling content and marketing assets aligned with brand guidelines
- Cultivate partnerships with external brands and tourism bodies
- Suport the implementation of integrated promotional and seasonal campaigns through owned, earned and paid media channels
Your skills and qualifications will include:
- A relevant degree in Marketing, Communications or Advertising
- At least 2 years' experience in a national Local Area Marketing Manager/ Coordinator role
- Experience working with a national network of stakeholders and managing successful marketing campaigns
