As a UX & CRO Strategist, you will play a pivotal role in driving digital growth by enhancing user experiences and optimizing business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze data, develop strategic solutions, and execute A/B tests to achieve client goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform strategic decisions
  • Develop and communicate compelling stories around data-driven findings
  • Collaborate with designers, researchers, and developers to design and implement impactful user experiences
  • Design and execute A/B tests to measure the effectiveness of new ideas and features
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and goals

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in UX, CRO, or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering successful projects and campaigns
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
