Customer Director, QLD & NZ Opportunity

At ALSTOM, we're seeking a seasoned professional to lead our client relationships in QLD and NZ. As a Customer Director, you'll be responsible for driving business growth, nurturing key relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  1. Proactively anticipate customer needs and engage with stakeholders to deliver exceptional results
  2. Develop and execute business strategies to promote and sell ALSTOM's products and services
  3. Guide the sales and tendering teams, and lead critical business opportunity and tender review meetings
  4. Influence customer decision-making processes and engage key stakeholders to drive results
  5. Operate as the primary customer contact, championing a customer-centric culture and consistently measuring satisfaction
  6. Utilise data analytics to inform decision-making and achieve key outcomes supporting services maintenance and expanding ALSTOM's product lines in QLD and NZ

About You:

  1. Degree in Engineering or Business related field
  2. Strong network within the Australian railway industry, including links with customer organisations
  3. Demonstrable experience of building company strategy and executing it to deliver business growth
  4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels and manage messaging appropriate to the audience
  5. High proficiency in ALSTOM's products and services
  6. You will be required to have flexibility and mobility in the workplace with a willingness to travel on the job
