As a seasoned leader in the financial services industry, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our engineering teams' direction and strategy.

This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high-performing team as a Regional Engineering Director. You will be responsible for partnering with key stakeholders to drive innovation and impact across our product engineering teams, top customers, account teams, marketing, and communication teams.

Responsibilities
  • Engage senior-level customers to facilitate technology conversations, supported by engineering and industry leaders, focusing on industry-relevant topics and cloud technology.
  • Familiarize yourself with FSI core systems, including their limitations, dependencies, vulnerabilities, and security, as well as cloud-native architectures and migration pathways.
  • Maintain regular communication with the FSI Team to gather insights on customer challenges, industry priority scenarios, and engineering gaps to inform product development.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Strategy Lead and Solutions Lead to understand partner challenges and develop new industry capabilities.
  • Manage escalations from customers/partners to the CVP and CTO that impact product engineering, ensuring timely resolution.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a background in sales or similar, combined with strategic thinking, executive communication skills, project management, and strong team collaboration skills.

  • Proven leadership experience within the Financial Services industry, delivering solutions and driving innovation.
  • Extensive experience selling to top-tier banks and financial institutions, with a strong understanding of sales cycles and customer engagement.
  • Executive maturity and experience working with senior leaders, possessing exceptional messaging and communication skills.
  • Strong collaboration skills across groups and stakeholders, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidence under pressure, especially with tight timelines, prioritization, resource management, and achieving goals.
  • A growth mindset focused on continuous learning and professional development.
