We have a new opening within our Opal Fibre Packaging sales team in Victoria.
Opal Fibre Packaging supplies a wide range of innovative corrugated packaging solutions to various market segments.
As a Regional Territory Manager within the Goulburn Valley region's Fresh Produce team, you will manage an existing customer portfolio in the fresh produce (fruit and vegetables) sector.
This is an autonomous role where much of your time is spent face-to-face with customers, with office-based work at our Shepparton site.
Your contributions to Opal's success will include driving sales growth in this territory through:
Maintaining and growing sales and gross margin within your existing customer base
Developing new business opportunities by increasing share of wallet and attracting new customers
Managing key customer accounts, including contracts

For this role, we expect you to have:
Solution selling experience with fresh produce or agricultural customers (preferred)
Account management experience with a proven track record of growing share of wallet
Experience in hunting and closing new business, building relationships with new customers
Familiarity with systems like Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Energy, enthusiasm, resilience
A self-starter with a results-oriented mindset
