Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a senior account manager in a creative technology business.

As a key member of the Business Management team, you will report to the Group Business Director and be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

With a strong ability to utilise generative AI and create innovative solutions, you will lead projects that capture the essence of our clients' books and brands, ensuring every piece of content aligns with the brand and resonates with the target audience.

You will communicate seamlessly with clients, offering thoughtful guidance and keeping an eye on the big picture while managing timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

Key responsibilities include building rapport with clients, ensuring every project runs smoothly from start to finish, and keeping teams motivated and projects on track.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in using innovative technologies like generative AI to enhance creativity while keeping a realistic grasp on production and timelines.
  • 4-6 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and manage complex projects.
  • Strong strategic thinking, planning, and financial management skills.
