Role Overview

This leadership position will oversee the financial and capital accounting functions across the group and site operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of accountants to deliver high-quality financial and capital accounting services.
  • Oversee month-end processes, financial journals, intercompany transactions, and reconciliations.
  • Develop and implement efficient capital accounting systems.
  • Drive standardisation and continuous improvement in finance operations.

About the Role

We're seeking an experienced accounting professional with at least 10 years' experience in financial accounting and analysis. Ideal candidates will have a background in Big 4 or mining.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong technical accounting skills and experience with ERP systems.
  • Proven leadership experience in managing teams through change.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
