This role offers the ideal opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of NDIS participants and their families.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with experienced Allied Health professionals to deliver high-quality support services.
Responsibilities:
- Support NDIS participants across all ages and stages of life
- Implement therapy plans provided by primary therapists (Occupational Therapist, Speech Pathologist, Physiotherapist, Key Worker, or Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner)
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve shared goals and outcomes
What does a typical day look like?
Every day is different, but your focus will always be on delivering exceptional support to our clients. You may spend time:
- Working one-on-one with clients to develop and implement personalized plans
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and plan next steps
- Engaging in community-based activities and outings to promote social inclusion and empowerment
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Consistent availability to work Monday to Friday 7am - 7pm
- Availability to support participants during afternoon routines (3:30pm - 6:30pm) minimum two days a week
- A valid Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle
- NDIS Workers Screening Check and Working with Childrens Check
