At myHomecare, you'll support older Australians to maintain their independence so they can enjoy living at home for longer.

We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and organised professional seeking to make a real difference through their work. Our team provides care and support to clients in their own homes, enabling them to live independently and safely.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing clear, pleasant, professional customer service
  • Handling customer complaints and delivering resolutions
  • Data entry into our software system
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory obligations
  • Communicating effectively with stakeholders, including customers and internal staff members
  • Managing time efficiently and meeting deadlines
  • Delivering fast-paced customer service and multitasking

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administration or office roles
  • Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite and similar software
  • A relevant certificate or degree is desirable but not essential
  • The right to work in Australia
  • National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain
  • Proof of Covid19 vaccination including booster
