Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Disability Support Practitioner to join our team.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting people with disabilities to live more independent and inclusive lives.

  • Delivering personalized support in a group home setting by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, and manual handling
  • Supporting clients to make their own choices and build skills to be more independent
  • Supporting clients to engage and participate in their community
  • Building positive relationships with our clients
  • Transporting clients using a CPA minivan if applicable
Requirements
  • NNSW Licence P2 or Full required
  • Available 4-5 days per week
  • Must be willing to travel to Long Jetty, Umina, and Wyong
  • Triple COVID-19 vaccinated
