APAC Customer Success Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers in APAC, empowering them to deliver best-in-class service and support experiences.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to team members, focusing on coaching and career development, and driving team and departmental goals.
  • Nurture a collaborative environment that emphasizes accountability, creativity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee day-to-day team performance and tasks to ensure customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate resources and activities across a distributed team, ensuring seamless execution of workflows and processes.
  • Develop and execute regional customer support processes that meet customer needs, comply with product requirements, and drive growth opportunities.
  • Enable proactive services to enrich the customer experience, anticipate and prevent problems, and reinforce value.
  • Help define, prioritize, and deliver AppleCare product offerings and programs in the JAPAC region.
  • Drive programs to ensure and enrich best-in-class service and support experiences.
