About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Director of Global Payroll Sales to lead our team in APAC. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and expansion in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in APAC
  • Lead a team of sales managers and account executives to achieve sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities in the region
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on driving growth and expansion in APAC
  • Strong understanding of the HR technology industry and its trends
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and improve processes
