Job Description

A leading CRM and marketing platform is seeking a skilled Demand Generation Specialist to drive high-quality pipeline and revenue across paid, organic, and email channels.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on doing, not managing. A core part of this role will be producing content yourself and driving demand through email & paid ads.

We're looking for a results-driven professional to own the editorial calendar, write blog content, case studies, landing pages, and create short-form video content.

Key Responsibilities:
  • BUILD AND RUN CAMPAIGNS THAT DRIVE HIGH-QUALITY PIPELINE AND REVENUE ACROSS PAID, ORGANIC, AND EMAIL CHANNELS.
  • OWN THE EDITORIAL CALENDAR: Write blog content, case studies, landing pages, and create short-form video content.
  • RUN EMAIL CAMPAIGNS, NURTURE TRACKS, PRODUCT ANNOUNCEMENTS, AND LIFECYCLE MARKETING THROUGH HUBSPOT.
  • SET UP, MANAGE, AND OPTIMIZE PAID CAMPAIGNS ACROSS META, GOOGLE, AND LINKEDIN (PRIMARILY RETARGETING AND MID-FUNNEL).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

Relentless Execution: You ship fast and often. You're hands-on, self-sufficient, and don't wait for permission.

Outcome-Driven: You measure everything by revenue, pipeline, and ROI — not fluff or vanity metrics.

SaaS Fluent: You understand SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ACV, MQLs) and use them to guide strategy and tactics.

Technically Confident: You're comfortable with HubSpot, GA, Webflow, and setting up tracking infrastructure without needing a developer.
