As a hands-on professional in marketing, you'll drive demand generation end-to-end through content, email, and paid media. This high-ownership role requires someone who thrives on execution, not management.

  • Develop and run campaigns across paid, organic, and email channels to drive high-quality pipeline and revenue.
  • Owning the editorial calendar, create written and video content, including blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and short-form video content.
  • Run email campaigns, nurture tracks, product announcements, and lifecycle marketing through HubSpot.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn, primarily focusing on retargeting and mid-funnel advertising.
  • Perform light web updates, basic CRO, and analytics setup, including UTM parameters, pixels, and event tracking.
  • Analyze customer feedback, extracting insights to create marketing assets that cater to our target audience, along with case studies.
  • Create performance-based dashboards and report on MQLs, pipeline, and CAC, informing weekly decisions.

  • SaaS Fluent: Understand SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ACV, MQLs) to guide strategy and tactics.
  • Technically Confident: Be comfortable with HubSpot, GA, Webflow, and setting up tracking infrastructure without needing a developer.
