Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will lead the charge in creating and converting marketing demand.
You will architect and execute innovative multi-channel marketing campaigns designed to engage target audiences, build a robust demand generation engine to support the sales pipeline, and directly impact revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, launch, and optimize integrated demand generation campaigns across online and offline channels including email, field activities, webinars, social media, paid advertising, and account-based marketing (ABM) to generate a pipeline of qualified leads
- Marketing Automation & Technology: Master marketing automation platforms to build and manage sophisticated lead nurturing workflows, scoring models, and database segmentation
- Ensure the seamless flow of qualified leads to sales and inside sales teams
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, creating dashboards to showcase marketing's contribution to pipeline and revenue
- Use data-driven insights to continuously test and improve campaign effectiveness and ROI
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Partner closely with sales, inside sales, and enablement teams to ensure smooth lead handoff processes, supported with targeted messaging and effective sales enablement materials
- Audience and Market Expertise: Develop deep understanding of ideal customer profiles, buyer's journeys, customer pain points, and collaborate with product marketing to ensure all marketing content and messaging are hyper-targeted, timely, relevant, and compelling
- Minimum 10 years' experience in B2B marketing, with strong focus on demand generation, preferably in SaaS or technology sector
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Marketing Automation Proficiency: Deep, hands-on experience with major marketing automation platforms
- Excellent business acumen in core markets - Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Japan
- Proficiency in English plus either Japanese or Mandarin advantageous for communicating with customers in Taiwan and Japan
- Data-Driven Mindset: Proven ability to analyze campaign data, interpret results, and translate them into actionable insights
- Proficient in using Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Quicksight, and 6Sense
- Platform Management: Experience managing Content Management Systems and social media platforms
- Strategic & Tactical Execution: Ability to think strategically about entire marketing funnel while also managing tactical details of campaign execution flawlessly
- Exceptional Collaborator: Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven track record of building successful relationships with sales and other cross-functional teams
- Proficient in organization and project management, capable of handling multiple projects concurrently in fast-paced environment
