About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Consultant to join our team in Australia and New Zealand. The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing automation platforms and a strong understanding of email marketing platforms, APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, and BigCommerce.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading SaaS company and contribute to the growth of its marketing automation platform in the ANZ region. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering compelling product demos, solution walkthroughs, and high-impact customer consultations.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Onboarding teams to support RFPs, troubleshoot complex issues, and accelerate revenue
  • Provide technical guidance and enablement to internal teams across Sales, Partnerships, and Onboarding
  • Work closely with global peers and product teams to share customer insights and influence platform development

You will be responsible for driving business growth, developing relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to the success of the marketing automation platform in the ANZ region.
