This is an exceptional opportunity to join a dynamic team that values diversity, flexibility, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Quality Compliance and Training Officer.
In this position, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive training programs for caregivers and staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices. You will also be required to maintain accurate records of training activities and compliance audits.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in compliance and/or auditing roles, have in-depth knowledge of NDIS Quality & Safeguards standards and regulations, and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and changes in regulation, and provide regular reports on compliance, quality, and training activities.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop comprehensive training programs for caregivers and staff to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
