About Our Opportunity

As a dedicated professional, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing quality and driving improvements across residential and home & community health care teams.

This position involves collaborating with the Quality Improvement Lead to manage and facilitate enhancements, develop strategic plans to drive continuous improvement and leverage strong people and communication skills to achieve success.

You will liaise with diverse stakeholders, ensuring a high level of organization, efficiency and ability to listen to needs of management, staff and clients is essential.

Your Expertise

  • Minimum 5 years experience in a quality improvement/management role within a health or aged care setting
  • Flu vaccination
  • Experience providing advice on complaints management and clinical investigations
  • High-level understanding of contemporary approaches to quality management in the health and/or aged care industry
  • Passion for social change and contributing to an organization influencing positive change
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations, forge relationships and manage through influence
