Senior Resident Wellbeing Coordinator

This is an exciting chance to support villages in delivering programs that promote wellbeing and quality of life for residents.
About the Role- Support village teams to create vibrant, inclusive wellbeing programs that cater to the diverse needs of residents.
- Lead initiatives such as dementia awareness, aged care partnerships, and volunteer programs that make a meaningful impact on resident lives.
- Be a trusted point of escalation for wellbeing concerns and provide guidance and support to village staff.
- Build strong partnerships with Home Care providers and wellbeing specialists to enhance the overall wellbeing experience for residents.
- Champion consistency and celebrating success across your region, ensuring that every resident feels seen, heard, and supported.
We are looking for an individual who understands what village life is all about and knows how to make residents feel safe, seen, and supported. You should be confident at juggling priorities, working across diverse teams, and navigating complex situations with empathy and professionalism.
A background in retirement living, health, or wellbeing is highly regarded, and access to your own transport will be highly valued given the role's local travel requirements.
