  • Develop and implement effective site-level ICS programs and project management strategies, governing and participating in global initiatives related to ICS systems.
  • Manage, service, and govern Microsoft's electrical and mechanical ICS deployed within our mission-critical data centers.
  • Implement logical and physical access approval processes, permissions, and controls related to all ICS systems, networks, workstations, and servers providing datacenter monitoring and controls.
  • Empower a safety-first culture in global datacenter operations by adhering to established safety programs and policies, and completing necessary compliance knowledge assessments.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders.
